Summary:

FILE PHOTO: In this Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, file photo provided by Harpo Studios Inc., Lance Armstrong listens as he is interviewed by talk show host Oprah Winfrey during taping for the show "Oprah and Lance Armstrong: The Worldwide Exclusive" in Austin, Texas. (George Burns /AP) Lance Armstrong and his attorney have decided that Mr. Armstrong will not meet the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency's deadline for him to answer questions under oath, instead he would rather participate in an international conversation to "clear the air" about what he has done in the past. After years of denial Armstrong had finally confessed last week in an interview with Oprah Winfrey that he used performance-enhancing drugs to cheat his way to a record seven Tour de France wins. Mr. Armstrong would like to coordinate the truth to everyone. Lance Armstrong, 41, said that the lifetime ban on him is like a "death penalty" they put on him. This was announced when he was on the Oprah Winfrey show when he confessed that he was taking performance-enhanced drugs to help him win and perform better when competing.

My Opinion:
I think that he should be announcing and telling everyone that he is sorry for cheating. It is the right thing to do after what he did in the past. I think that he should announce it internationally because everyone should know what he did to win seven Tour de France wins. He should especially say sorry to the fans he had and the followers he had because they believed in him the most and they looked up to him as a huge role model. He needs to make a lot of mad people happy again because of what he did.
