Summary:

Chef Jonathan Gushue (Fernando Morales/The Globe and Mail) Jonathan Gushue, a executive chef from Langdon Hall has been reported missing. The executive chef worked the evening of December 29, just the Saturday before New Year's Eve. He made a 100 kilometer drive to have dinner with a friend. Jonathan Gushue stayed at the tony Park Hyatt on Avenue Road. He checked out two days later and no one has heard of him since. Jonathan Gushue's family were worried about him because he did not contact them for a while when he disappeared. The family contacted the police because of how long Mr. Gushue has been gone. Mr. Gushue had done this before but for not as long, only for two at the most. He is a father of 3 children and he was originally from Newfoundland. There is a theory that Mr. Gushue is going by the name of Jonathan Herder, substituting his middle name for his last name. But there are no signs of him returning any of his family calls or others.

My Opinion
I think that Jonathan Gushue was killed or murdered because he would be returning calls or texts that he is getting from work or from his family. This is the first time he has been gone for a long time without anyone knowing where his location is and he has a family with three small children. I think they need to try and find the friend that  Mr. Gushue was going meet and make him a suspect and start questioning him. The public was also assured that Mr. Gushue was missing, if Mr. Gushue was still alive then he would know about this and call in to tell everyone that he is doing just fine. I think that the police should start figuring out what to do for the next step and follow through on what they are going to do because Mr. Gushue has been missing for along time.
