Summary:

Leadership candidate Kathleen Wynne waves after winning the leadership bid to become the new Premier of Ontario at the Ontario Liberal leadership convention in Toronto January 26, 2013. (MARK BLINCH /REUTERS)Ontario's incoming premier Kathleen Wynne has hit the ground running, she has been engaging with the opposition just hours after she won the Liberal leadership race. She is also calling her first caucus meeting for Tuesday. Ms. Wynne is also made it that she will collaborate with the entire Liberal caucus and with the opposition at a news conference on Sunday. Ms. Wynne has a good conversation with Progressive Conservative Leader Tim Hudak on Saturday evening. It was a brief discussion on the phone but it clearly aimed at encouraging the election-ready sounding Opposition Leader. She has not talked to New Democratic Leader Andrea Horwath about who will be her new cabinet. Ms. Wynne is also pledged to bring the legislature back by Feb.19. One of her first priorities will be to bring back the peace with the labour teachers and in the province's schools.

My Opinion:
I think that she should be elected as soon as possible and be brought into power to ensure that her pledges will be possible to complete. I also think that it is a good idea to restore peace with the teachers and the province's schools. This is a good idea to bring back the peace of the schools because kids need to be learning everyday to succeed later in the future and to get a job. When the teachers start teaching again and working hard then the students will too which will ensure great grades and good learning habits.
